NEW HOME & TIMES THIS YEAR!

This year, Music On The Couch moves to a very cool new home.  CLUB HANDY, 200 Beale Street is where we will be for the 7 LIVE Shows during IBC.

No more stairs...Club Handy is a ground floor...open air venue (if it isn't tooooooo cold that is!), located at the corner of Beale Street & Rufus Thomas Blvd. Directly acroos from Jerry Lee Lewis' Cafe & Honky Tonk.

We are going to have the opportunity to do live performances during the shows and present three great acts at 10pm; Taylor Made Blues Band on Wednesday, Norman Jackson Band on Thursday and Two Blues Divas, Niecie & Tullie Brea on Friday!

Venue Coordinators.  These are the folks who run the individual venues...they are the law! I spoke with Sandy McCann, Treasurer of the Ozark Blues Society; David Hughes, President of the Spa City Blues Society and Tony Frederickson, President of The Washington Blues Society.  These three have run venues for years, and they shared their experiences, their advice and more.
